Turkish Translate Added

I made Turkish Translate for your mod. This Translate only for B41 because the encode is ANSI (Windows-1254) If you going to update your mod to B42 .txt files should be UTF-08 I'll post B42 files too. Please don't forget to add B42 Translation after B42 Update <3
